The role of a good project manager is to provide expert feedback and advice allowing you to make informed decisions throughout the fit out process.
Your project manager will coordinate the various trades, designers, leasing agent, suppliers as well as managing timeframes, budgets and delivering a job by the agreed opening date!! Not a job for the faint hearted.
Of course, the project manager will be your main point of contact for any questions or concerns, our project managers will provide the highest standard of communication with our clients.
